ISI 's mission in developing CAPERS was to offer an affordable, feature driven, modular software product that any police department could afford. From initial development, the focus was to develop a web-enabled browser based product, virtually eliminating workstation or operating system dependency. As wireless technology continues to grow at a phenomenal rate, CAPERS has the flexibility to be implemented in police vehicles and other remote locations.
